Return items swiftly

Return borrowed items within the timeframe agreed and in the condition, they were received (considering normal wear and tear). Ensure they are clean and fully functional.

For in-person exchanges, consider meeting in public, well-lit areas and during the day. Ensure your safety by choosing locations with high visibility and foot traffic.

Trust your instincts

The old quack and duck saying is true. If it doesn’t feel right. Bail.

If something feels uncomfortable or suspicious during the borrowing process, trust your instincts. If needed, contact the platform's support or seek assistance via local police.
